House of Talent student Sydney Bell was cast as the lead role in Harrell
Theatre's production of "Annie", which will be held December 7 through 19.
House of Talent student Madison Alexander was cast in New Day Theatre's
"Once Upon A Mattress", which will be at Harrell Theatre November 5, 6, & 7.
House of Talent instructors Lillian Bird and Jonathan Matthews are currently
performing in Theatre Memphis' production of "Annie Get Your Gun", August 20 through September 12.
House of Talent instructors Boomer Brigman and Ryan Haskett
are in the feature film "Losers Take All", which is currently filming in Memphis.
House of Talent student Alison Shames just returned from the Boston Ballet School's Summer Conservatory program.
Alison had a wonderful summer training with the staff and guest artists in pointe, ballet, and modern dance technique.
House of Talent student Sarah Reimold just returned from the Kirov Academy of Ballet's summer program.
Sarah Reimold traned at the Kirov's summer program with with some of the world's best young dancers. This was a wonderful experience for Sara, and we are proud of her progress.
House of Talent student Sydney Bell will play the lead role of "Mary Lennox ", in Desoto Family Theatre's "The Secret Garden. " The performances are scheduled for September 10-19. and will be held at the Desoto Civic Center.
House of Talent student and instructor Lillian Bird recently attended the CAP21 summer intensive in NYC. The purpose of the five-week intensive summer program is to train pre-college age students in the field of musical theatre performance. This was a great experience for Lily, who will pursue a career in musical theatre.
House of Talent instructor and staff photographer DeWayne Hambrick received national recognition for his "Another Ballerina Project" pictorial.

House of Talent's spring show a hit! Congratulations and a big thank you are in order to all of our students who performed the weekend of June 19 at Spring Spectrum 2010. The shows were extremely entertaining, and there is a very strong and positive vibe at the studio as we look towards the fall. A special thanks to the staff at St. Benedict High School and the House of Talent PTA, who collectively made the show a great success
House of Talent's first annual yearbook "Bravo!" is now complete and on sale at the studio! We are extremely excited with the results of our first annual yearbook. It is a beautiful full color publication with photos of House of Talent students, candids, personal ads from parents, and performance shots throughout the year. Stop by and pick up a copy at the studio for a cost of $10.00 each. We also proud to announce the winners of our yearbook ad sales contest. They are Jazmin Jaime and Cristal Hernandez. As a result of their ad sales, they will split a $250.00 House of Talent gift certificate. They also received a complimentary full page ad in "Bravo!". Thank you and great job girls!
